"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel!"
..."We booked the entire hotel for a group event. Let me start by saying how friendly all of the staff is and very accommodating. Upon check-in they walk you to your room and explain some of the details of the rooms features. The rooms are all a little different but very nicely decorated and have the feel of being at someones home versus a hotel room. They are so cozy, some have a fireplace to give a little ambiance and jacuzzi tubs and the bathrooms are large and beautiful. The rooms and grounds are very well kept and very clean. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the casino is practically right across the street. They also provide a continental breakfast every morning and complimentary wine & cheese tastings on Saturday evenings. I can't say enough about this hotel and this will definitely be my hotel of choice every time I go to Palm Springs. I have never stayed at a hotel where they were so on top of everything. "
